The Quincy QIDF Demister ensures clean, quality compressed air with low-pressure drop and long element life. With three stages of separation, particles down to 10 microns are filtered with 99% efficiency. the maximum pressure drop of the Quincy QIDF Demister is 1.14 psig. This low pressure drop delivers energy savings throughout the year.

The Quincy QIOW separates the water from the oil contaminant of compressed air condensate. Current waste water limits classify condensate collected from a compressed air system as hazardous waste. However, by separating the oil from the water you can effectively minimize the amount of hazardous waste and reduce your disposal costs. Most compressed air condensate is 97% water and only 3% contaminate. The Quincy QIOW is cost effective and environmemtally important.

QIWX Condensate Drain

The Quincy QIWX drains condensate automatically, without compressed air loss. While float or time-controlled drains have a tendency to stick, malfunction, or open too early, and for too long, the Quincy QIWX delivers precision condensate draining.
