The Quincy QIBA breathing air system has been engineered to provide pure air, even in the most demanding conditions. Designed as a desiccant-type purification systems, the Quincy QIBA produces a clean, consistant supply of breathing air that meets or exceeds all international standards and medical air requirements, including OSHA 29CFR190.134 and FDA 21CFR178.3570.
Quincy QIOP Oil Free Package

The Quincy QIOP is one of the most advanced oil removal packages available with a residual oil content of 0.003ppm. Engineered for efficiency, the Quincy QIOP performs under pressure. The complete package includes an advanced heatless dryer system with triple pre-filtration, electronic condensate drains, an activated carbon adsorber, and an after-filter.

  E$ync controller evaluates filter data and provides optimum filter replacement schedule.
Alarm signal ensures correct installation and maximum safety.  
  Light-weight aluminum housing minimizes the necessary support structure and facilitates easy installation.

Designed to reduce your operating costs, Quincy Coalescing Filters feature a binder-free, micro-fiber web that is chemically and biologically inert, as well as temperature resistant. The result is the efficient removal of oil, water, and dirt from your compressed air system.

Standard Housing

The Quincy QIMD with E$ync is uniquely designed to accommodate almost all environmental conditions efficiently. As a regenerative dryer, the Qunicy QIMD uses a desccant material to attract and trap water from the incoming compressed air. The absorbtion principle applies in changing the relative humidity of the compressed air - lowering only the pressure dew point and not the temperature.
