QHRE/QHRS Heat regenerated dryer

The Quincy QHRE and Quincy QHRS Heat regenerated dryers offer high quality compressed air with energy efficiency in mind. Specifically designed to meet the demans of modern production methods and processes, the Quincy QHRE and Qnincy QHRS ensure the clean, dry, and oil free air necessary for electronics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food and beverage industries. The Quincy QHRE/QHRS deliver compressed air dew points down to -100F for sensitive applications. The Quincy QHRE regenerates the idle desiccant tower by headted air from an external blower that only consumes 1% purge air. The Quincy QHRS utilizes heated vacuum suction air for regeneration and cools with ambient air. The Quincy QHRE/QHRS adsorption dryers are equipped with automatic swicthover mechanism and maintenance-free four way valves. all functions, sequences, operating states, and faults are displayed by LED's. A therometer continuously monitors regeneration air temperature and alarm functions are shown on a fault indicator within the stations. The Quincy Ultraconomy control system initiates regeneration only if the maximum amount of water loading is acheived in the desiccant - reducing operating costs.
